The place: a haven of peace in Provence.

Nestled in the heart of the Luberon, the Bastide du Mourre is a place suspended in time. Designed by Les Domaines de Fontenille , this exceptional residence is nonetheless authentic. Bathed in light and surrounded by peaceful gardens, the Bastide du Mourre is an ode to the sweetness of life. Here, everything invites you to let go: the song of the cicadas, the gentleness of the wind in the olive trees, the sober elegance of the ancient stones... A perfect setting for immersing yourself in the present moment.

A retreat to reconnect with yourself

Provence, land of ochre and art of living, welcomes us from May 5 to 8 for a return to oneself, and a reconnection to the earth by discovering the Art of ceramics according to Omé Studios.

A stay under the sign of well-being, a time of introspection to better inhabit oneself, and creative times to better inhabit the Earth, to shape it, and to make its essence, your essence, emanate from it. The retreat will be led by Emma, founder of Omé Studios, and by Sonia, certified coach and meditation guide, in the enchanting setting of the Bastide du Mourre.

Mindfulness Meditation

Every day, guided meditations accompany you towards a return to the essential: the present moment. Alongside Sonia, learn to anchor yourself to the Earth, to place your breath, to feel. Focused on the connection to the Earth, they offer you a space to observe and refocus, far from the external solicitations.

Get moving with yoga.

Suitable for all levels, yoga classes are an invitation to untie the body and soothe the mind. In the morning light, each session helps you reconnect with your breath, your sensations and the present moment.

Ceramics: a return to the earth, a return to oneself.

At the heart of this retreat, ceramics becomes a tool for deep reconnection.

Working with clay means anchoring yourself in the present moment , feeling the material under your fingers, letting go and letting what comes emerge, without expectation or judgment.

Each workshop is designed as an inner journey, an experience that is both sensory and introspective.

What you will explore:

Anchoring through touch : working the clay with your hands to feel the material, to root yourself in the moment.

Leave a trace : create a unique piece that symbolizes your current state, as a witness to your inner process.

The art of letting go : experimenting with free modeling techniques, accepting imperfection and opening up to spontaneity.

Connection ritual : engrave a word, an intention or a symbol on your creation, to make it a meaningful object, a tangible anchor once you return home.

Create consciously : discover a unique, introspective and conscious creative process.

Whether you are a beginner or an expert, these moments of creation will be a meditation in movement , a way of expressing yourself through matter.

An immersion in nature and simplicity.

Beyond the practices, this retreat is an experience of reconnecting with nature and a slower pace . Contemplative walks in the hills of the Luberon, naps in the shade of the fig trees, moments of silence and contemplation… Each moment is an invitation to savor the here and now.

A vibing, nourishing and local cuisine.

Because food is at the heart of our well-being, we have chosen a full-board with healthy, local and vibrant cuisine , in partnership with the Domaines de Fontenille . Based on the great principles of naturopathy, each meal is a sensory journey, highlighting the flavors of Provence and organic and seasonal products.

Participating in this retreat also means meeting, exchanging, sharing . Here, meals are taken in all simplicity, around a large table, in a spirit of conviviality and listening.

Why treat yourself to this retreat?

Because we all need, at some point, to breathe, to slow down, to get back to basics .

Because it is rare to afford the luxury of time , that of being fully present to ourselves.

Because creating, touching, feeling, is also a way of finding yourself, and connecting to your deep essence.

This retreat is a suspended parenthesis , a space to slow down, breathe and reconnect with what really matters.
